The highly awaited debut was held by way of simultaneous launch events in major African Cities including Lagos, Harare, Johannesburg nd Nairobi on 26th May. Despite having star-studded events across the different African cities, the highly publicized launch seemed to miss the mark when it comes to engaging with industry players within their countries, causing an uproar across Twitter Africa. The events however did not miss the mark when it comes to highlighting the fab and glam that Rihanna and the Fenty Brand stand for, and all the guests present were sure to dress in anticipation of nothing less.
Make-up enthusiasts across Africa will now easily be able to obtain products such as Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation and Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter, as well as the best-selling Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer and Stunna Lip Paint Longwear Fluid Lip Color. Since the brand also sells vegan and gluten-free skin care products, the products that are now within reach include Fenty Skin Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen and Fenty Skin Total Remove-It-All Cleanser and new launches such as Fenty Beauty Fenty Icon Refillable Lipstick, a luxurious semi-matte lipstick collection instead of having to ship from the US.
