Our Sleep Easy Blend is handmade from a balanced, synergistic blend of Kenyan Lavender and Rose Geranium. The blend’s relaxing powers help bring sleep when a time change might be against it. The lavender brings relief for insomnia, nervous tension and stress-related conditions, and combines perfectly with relaxing geranium to help you fall asleep easily.

Tips for Use: Put 2-3 drops of the blend in your bath or a diffuser in the evening, or mix it into a carrier oil (such as sunflower) and massage around your neck and upper body to relax and help you sleep off the effects of jet lag. Do not apply directly to the skin without using a carrier oil, and avoid contact with eyes and keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool place, preferably in the original container and use within 3 years.
